  I have seen God at work at Maywood in that the staff and other leaders have grown in their roles and have worked together very well. (I am not on the staff) When Scott said the Lord lead him to write and do prayer walks I believe it. I also believe that same Lord is among us now.
  
  I think that Scott would shudder to think that he made "Maywood what it is today" as a previous reviewer suggested.
  
  One thing Scott personally taught me about ministry, is an attitude he passed on the me, "Maywood is God's church".
  
  Please come see us at one of the adult, or one of the many children's, Sunday school classes. This is a church that loves to learn, do and teach the Word of God.

  Pastor Scott Nesse made this church what it is today. However, since Scott has left the church, it is struggling to find its way. Pastor Larry Seagren remains at the church, and is an excellent man. Actual services have become somewhat dull and methodical since Nesse's departure.
