  The experience was TERRIBLE ! They didn't even bother to vacuum the carpeting before the funeral! They did not have a way to show the video or play the music ! They could not find the cards THEY printed for her service, and when they did, some STONE COLD woman on their staff handed then out ! And on top of that they sent the family away because the graveside wasn't ready and here's the real kicker THEN the funeral director told us we had to hurry and leave the grave side because they would be charged overtime ! Deplorable! They would not handle my dogs funeral arrangements! You should be ashamed of yourselves !
