  Christ the Rock Preschool is certainly not closed. Right now the preschool is taking registration for the 2009 - 2010 school year. Please call or stop by for a tour if you missed the open house registration on February 25th. Small classes and caring teachers make this the preschool where you want to send your precious children. God's love surrounds them through the teachers, staff and church congregation. Start your child's education out right.

  2 years ago, when I was looking into preschools, I was told by a friend that Christ the Rock Lutheran Preschool was an excellent preschool. After visiting several preschools, I decided to put my daughter in Christ the Rock last year when she was 3. She was a very shy child and very attached to me, so I was nervous about her going to preschool. She cried for a few minutes and Mrs. Peterson comforted her. The teachers are both just wonderful to the kids and so much fun. My daughter loves them so much. She is now in the 4s class, and just loves going to school. What I love about this preschool, is that Mrs. Peterson and Mrs. Harder are the teachers for all the classes (3s, 4s and PreK) and the kids all love them. This year she has really been learning a lot and will be so ready for Kindergarten next year. I would highly recommend this preschool to anyone in the area looking...I travel from Belvidere because it is worth it! I will be sending my younger daughter there for the 3s class next year. She already knows the teachers and cannot wait!
